Let’s find out
what you’re working with.

An old website, a missing handover or a problem that keeps coming back. I can start by looking at the setup and helping you work out a sensible next step.

Start with the problem you can see.

Send the website address, the page involved and what happens when you try to use it. Tell me when it started and whether anything changed just before it. A screenshot with private details removed can help.

Understand the setup.

We identify the platform, hosting, domain, email and important integrations. I check what access is available and who owns the accounts. If another supplier needs to provide information, that becomes part of the plan.

Agree the investigation.

Some questions can be answered from the public site. Others need access or a paid investigation. I agree that work and its cost before starting, including the findings or recommendations you will receive.

Choose the next piece of work.

The outcome might be a repair, a maintenance job, a migration or a separately quoted website rebuild. I explain the practical options and any limits found during the assessment. You choose what to take forward.

What would you
like to know?

These are the questions worth sorting out before handing over access or agreeing the work.

Does an assessment include repairs?

Only if they are included in the agreed scope. Investigation and repair can be separate pieces of work.

Can you assess a site without the login?

I can review what is publicly visible, but some faults and ownership questions need authorised account or server access.

what’s happening.

Tell me about it

Send the website address or current email provider, and what needs sorting.
We agree the access and the work from there.
